Custom JavaScript or HTML5 Carousel

I need a carousel that continually moves individual images outward (see arrows in attachment). The images should start small in the center and grow as they move outward to give a sense of depth. I need this to load quickly and be able to continually cycle through the images so that images that scroll off the screen are automatically started back from the beginning again. I anticipate there being anywhere from 12 to 36 images used on this. Features Needed: • ability to change direction from outward to inward • setting for adjusting speed • must work on last two versions of Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox and Safari (PC and Mac) • must work on iPhone, iPad and Android • the play button should start/stop the movement • images need to be defined in either the javascript or an external JSON or XML file as well as the hyperlinks • each image needs to be able to be hyperlinked • need to be able to choose the background • need to be able to optionally choose an overlay color (to darken it) and the overlay to disappear on mouseover • ability to choose the order of the images and which images are on the left and which are on the right If it uses a library, it needs to be JQuery as we're already using it for other things. WHEN BIDDING, be sure to state how many hours or days it will take you to deliver this. I need it fairly quickly (ideally in 2 days).
