CSS Edits & Install Script

Add in text: Step 1, 2 & 3 Above icons. And Centralize icons on third tab (Time tab) 2. CSS: Ticked state (for inactive icons) 3. Currently users are able to edit their preferences, (ie, clicking on Chillax, Theme, Time). Required: follow style which includes "Edit" link & display user's selected option, as seen in print shots.
