Necesito una web para poder chatear y que se puedan enviar archivos a uno o varios usuarios. Para ingresar solo se escribe el nombre de usuario (un alias) sin contraseña. No hay usuarios registrados permanentemente, solamente se almacenan en una tabla los nombres de usuarios que están actualmente en el chat. En la Base de Datos no se guardan las conversaciones ni los archivos enviados, solamente los usuarios que están en el chat. Lo importante aquí es que el envío de datos (texto del chat y archivos) se realiza mediante P2P. Se debe usar javascript, postgresql, html5 y php (si es necesario). Todo el código debe estar comentado.
