DCS for OpenGTS RF-V16

I've been working with OpenGTS and GTS Enterprise for almost 3 years, and hwve written several DCS Currently I provide support to 12 customers that use OpenGTS and GTS Enterprise on an ongoing basis. Since the device is communicating with the server, and all you need is the parser written this will be a fairly simple task. I have looked at the communications protocol for the device it is simple enough. I do have an openGTS server that we can use for development, and testing.
