Design Javascript Widget from .php Template

I am looking for someone who makes a nicely designed javascript widget of it, to be distributed using Clearspring. Goal is to spread backlinks to [login to view URL] Design is the key issue here, it must be simple and good. Agreement needs to be reached on design before start of programming. Main Points: • Javascript Widget from .php Template • Focus is on nice, functional design • Good-structured source code for easy modification required Target budget is 150$.
