Convert Joomla 1.5 site to Joomla 3 - repost

For a client we need to upgrade a very small 7 pages Joomla 1.5 site into Joomla 3.0 without any changes in the lay-out (see attached screenshot). The 1.5 site is cracked by someone inserting scripts in the images folder. The job contains: - Deleting the unnescessary/unwanted scripts - Upgrading to Joomla 3.0 FTP access will be given. The site is now only accessible behind a password that the provider will remove after correcting/upgrading.
