Create the JOOMLA site with iDevAffiliate module

I need to create a JOOMLA site with iDevAffiliate module installed and setup. You will need to find iDevAffiliate module online for free. I will be selling one product on my site the most important feature on it will be affiliate accounts. please check and make sure if you can get the iDevAffiliate and set it up on the site. ( is you have anything better in mind please let me know i might consider some other options) my budget for this project is $50
