change joomla template - open to bidding

Hi, We are looking to redesign the front end of our website and relaunch with a new domain name. We have a design in mind already and we are looking for a quote to migrate all the text and images, create internal linking pages as existing website to the new website template. We would be keeping all backend design and layout features plus the customer and website database information of the existing website which will need to be migrated to the new website.
