Hi there, thanks for the invite. I have three years experience as a freelance financial analyst in Canada. I am very familiar with the SEDAR/SEDI systems, and have experience pulling land information from a variety of sources (title searches, MLS, etc...). I don't have any direct experience with BC (although I did go to university there, I'm based in Alberta), but it shouldn't be too hard to figure out. As a CFA level 3 candidate, I can also provide you the comps analysis you require. This will likely be accomplished by reviewing property tax information, cap rate data from 3rd party research firms (such as Colliers), and MLS information where it is available.
