Asterisk/ViCiDial AMD tweaking

Hi, We are looking for someone who has proven experience with optimizing the AMD module of asterisk. This module is used for Answering Machine Detection and we use it in our ViCiDial dialer. We believe that right now the AMD is not optimized and therefore results contain too many false positives (people who pick up the phone and are classified as answering machine). We are looking for someone who can optimize the AMD and deliver us the optimized settings so we can also copy/paste them on other ViCiDial servers. Our ViCiDial servers are located in the Netherlands so if you have experience with Dutch telecom providers this is a huge benefit. Please do NOT bid on this project if you do not have specific experience with optimizing AMD. We also would like to obtain contact information of a former client for whom you have done this type of poject successfully in the past.
