Asterix command line dial

Hello, Working on a web project, my first phase is discovery and proof of concept. We would like to program our Asterix PBX to be able to dial a conference call from the command line with no user input required. The command line will be triggered from our internal website which would connect two customers together. The internal site is in PHP, and would probably use the exec() command to call the Asterix CLI command, and pass the phone #s as variables. We are trying to gather data and work with an expert who would know how easy/hard this would be. We are accepting bids for our initial proof of concept, please tell me how far you can take this based on your bid. For example, if you can just do the command line part, that's fine - quote that. If you think you can do the command line part as well as handling the variables for the phone # from our Intranet site, quote that out as well. Thank you!
