custom eggdrop tcl or mircscript

I need a mircscript or tcl for a game that listens through sockets for a few variables the the users enters on a website (already scripted), the ircbot then performs a few actions which i will give you specified info about. You need to be very good in either mircscripting or (eggdrop) tcl scripting, (tcl preferred) As long as you know the programming language, you won't need to work longer than 3 hours on the project so please bid realistic! max budget is $40!!!
