Convert Logo to a vertor image.

I need a real quick change of the mountains in this logo to be vector or opened by Illustrator so I can change the color and put on any background or scale to any size. I don't need the words and it can be in a nice blue color or gradient. Only bid on this project if you can do it within 24 hours of excepting the bid. Must Deliver to me via Illustrator CS4 type file so I can work with it.
