Design for iphone app

Graphic design needed for a iphone application. Items needed - splash screen image with the application name and logo that must be created too (320px x 480px) - application icon with the logo of the application (53px x 53px) - complete design for 10 different screens (wireframe will be given) Please provide a link to your portfolio with the bid.
