Sir, I am interested in doing the project. I have done the segmentation before for brain tumor detection. This is a little new. Apart from MRI i have also done segmentation on echo and ct image in my previous projects.

I have previously worked on an MRI segmentation project which used mean-shift algorithm for segmentation and Fuzzy local information c-means clustering. I think my experience would come in handy.
