create email alert for metatrade indicator

For the sound and email alert I use 2 time frames Reference time frame 1D and entry timeframe 4H Reference time frame 4H and entry timeframe 1H Reference time frame 1H and entry timeframe 15M Reference time frame 15M and entry timeframe 5M first Criteria in Reference time frame is when the indicator i have goes from positive negative (and visa versa ) and once the candle closes criteria is met. second criteria to meet after 1st Criteria 2 entry timeframe in the lower timeframe we look to see if the indicator has turned negative also once the candle closes or if previous candle has closed and already negative . if not then we wait until the lower time frame level turns negative after candle has closed . Note: the higher time frame should stay a negative throughout whilst waiting and not go positive else we reset and restart from criteria 1. once both criteria are met i would like a sound and email alert created for the email alert i would like the entry timeframe current candles ohlc price and some values on the chart at that point sent.
