Custom Caspio or Zoho Creator app based on Access Web App

We are looking to move an Access Web App (AWA) database to a different sort of platform. AWAs hold their data in MS SQL Azure tables: [login to view URL] These have full external read-write access using normal SQL Azure data connections. They are generally accessed through the web app front end for everyday use. The problem we are having is that it is reliant on SharePoint Online, which has been down a lot recently. The database we have is now set up well in terms of functionality so it is really just a question of deciding on what to move it to and how to do it. I can give you access to a version with the data removed to see how the tables relate etc. I think it has to be a full transfer rather than just an interaction with existing data because the web app creates its own azure sql backend which can only be edited by using the web app; its not possible to change the tables etc except by using access as the web app editor. So, I think there are three components to the job: Moving the data/tables Recreating the table relationships Building the front end I don't know how important microsoft database experience will be: I built the web app based on a desktop access database we had and its fairly simple in its design. Once sharepoint is back up I will be able to provide access to the version with the data removed.
