Server has a somewhat fresh install of:**
- Windows Server 2003
- MS Exchange 2003 Enterprise
**Clients are:**
- Windows XP Pro with Outlook 2003 (used over LAN)
- Windows 7 with Outlook 2007 (mostly over VPN)
- Android OS smartphones with Touchdown for Exchange -- uses Activesync ([login to view URL])
**Requirements - guide me through:**
- setup AD to our domain (hosted by [login to view URL]) -- or help us weigh the pros & cons of an alternate configuration you might recommend for our needs
- configure two accounts for AD / MS Exchange
- guidance migrating Windows XP Pro from local machine accounts to AD-based setup
- aggregate emails from various gmail, [login to view URL] and other ISP accounts into these two MS Exchange accounts
- guidance configuring an outlook 2007 client for our executive assistant who needs access to our email and calendars simultaneously with our own use
- default for Exchange should be to sent emails via our domain (via [login to view URL])
- demonstrate configuring one of our Outlook 2003 clients to send email via alternate servers (e.g. gmail) .. I assume this would work the same as in a non-Exchange setup, but looking for your confirmation or corrections there.
**Access:**
- we can screen-share using Mikogo onto any of the machines listed above (except the Android-based smartphones of course) .. [login to view URL]
