Add a loading bar splash screen to my app

Hi, I am currently having issues with my splash screen when extracting data from my server to the device. The current splash screen animation of the loading circle stops spinning yet it is still active. A few moments after it stops spinning, the download is complete and the user is able to proceed to the next screen. During this moment when the loading animation freezes, if the user taps on the screen, the not responding notification appears and that can force quit sometimes. I am looking for an expert team of developers to fix my splash page issue. I will require the developer to implement a loading bar instead of the loading circles to let the user know of progress. The loading bar must remain live and active and continue to work while downloading takes place of the data from my server.
