Android QUIZ APP

I need a 5 question quiz to install on tablets of Samsung Android version 4.0.3 Samsung Tablet 10.1 There will be only 5 questions If user answer correct it shows the message "You are correct" and shows an image that is linked with the answer, if user is incorrect in his answer it shows again the image that is linked with that question and shows the message "U are not correct" the image that shows after every answer should be animated with fade in and fade out (4 seconds effect) and on bottom of the app should be an banner JPG banner not animated i have the source code of the app, and need only to fix the errors and to get the final result that i need
