Customize Android device

Hi, we are working to develop a mobile website for our field employees, we'll distribute Android tablets (samsung galaxy) to the employees, but we don't want them to have any more access than to our site, we seek a programmer to help us design an app that should lock all other functions/buttons of the device and limit the browser to that specific website. We might also seek some help in the mobile web page (ASP/JQUERY/SQL) Anyone with experience doing that is welcome to bid.
