Hi, Bid includes web-services, database and android application. If I have to focus on only android application, I can reduce cost. I am also assuming either LTR (e.g. English) or RTL (e.g. Arabic) language support. If both types are supported, cost may increased depending on required layout changes I can start work immediately.
