Adobe Flash CS5 and ActionScript 3

The program will be used for children I would like a game which will be able to run on iPhone 4s. I would like the game to be able to show random images and then ask for input("Correct, "Incorrect", "Yes", "No"), depending on the question Then the user will be able to touch the screen select the correct answer I would like the program to have about ten questions and then at the end of the program i would like to show the results of how many questions were correct.
