Create a clean & simple user-operated App. App would access a pre-downloaded folder containing a series of .mp3 audio files (playlist numbered from 1 through to say 10 or more). The screen would display a relevant jpeg background (downloaded in the folder with the .mp3 files). At various "waypoints" the user can touch the screen to play the corresponding .mp3 file or type in the waypoint number (say1-10) and play the corresponding .mp3 file. I would also like the possibility to scan a QR Code with the smartphone and then link to a server and stream or download the corresponding .mp3 file for that waypoint and play the file (a data connection required to access the hosting server). Possibility to also display a live on-screen compass widget at the same time over the graphic (jpeg) background - see attached layout file.

You don't say at waypoint, is GPS used to measure if englishman is at waypoint range? if it is, then pay mp3 automatically. otherwise, dont play mp3.
