App developer(s) Needed to Assist in deal with Viacom Media Network

My start up company looking for app developer(s) that can take our companies vision, combine it with their knowledge of Apple & Android's platform, and come up with an app that creates a compelling and interactive experience for the companies target audiences. Presently- Our company's mobile app concept has gain the interest of a high level executive at Viacom Media Network base in New York City to create the app to attract a target audience age ranging from 18-49. Task- Looking for proficient & experience app developer(s) to join our team to develop our app for apple & samsung mobile devices who will be covering the functional architecture, quality assurance testing, adherence to Apple's human interface guidelines where needed (Which can be critical for getting approval from Apple), submission to stores (apple's app store & android's google play app store) and warranted bugging fixing after post deployment. -Selected individuals will work together with our lead designer to assure that mobile app is visually dynamic & clean before presenting to our investors and to one of the executive at Viacom Media Network. Compensation: Selected front end & back end coders for the mobile app, who participate from the beginning in the development of the mobile app will be given a 2-5 percent revenue share base on the work they have done. Also have the opportunity to develop and run the companies interactive department. Requirements : -Individuals Must live in the New York City area (Five Boroughs) -Proficient in IOS for Apple' mobile devices and Android's mobile devices -know how to work well with others - A list of iPhone apps and Samsung apps candidate has launched. -knowledge Cocoa development on the Mac -knowledge of iPhone OS SDK ( a must) -must be extremely passionate about creating mobile apps, also a good communicator for this intense but rewarding opportunity. -knowledge of the Android open source ecosystem (a must) -Mastery of the Java fundamentals are a must. -developer must be able to guide/ publish an application to the relating platforms
