Bidding is closed. No bidder was found to be a good match, since none have done very similar apps. ## Deliverables I already have two similar Iphone Apps which have a lot more functionality than this but they're very buggy/crash and color pickers don't work well either so I want to start from scratch. I want this to work on iOS 3.2 and higher. I will be testing on iOS 4 devices. It should run on Iphone and Ipad so perhaps Universal build... After this Simple one is done, I will want to IMPROVE the app with more features, like multiple layers, Objects, etc.. BUT do NOT bid if you are a BEGINNER, this is for good 'experienced' coders that make clean code that doesn't crash. I already have two apps done by Beginners trying to learn while working and they're too buggy so I can't use them. Ideally this is for CODERS who have already done other drawing painting apps...
