Hola, estoy muy interesado en desarrollar tu juego, soy programador profesional, para este juego podríamos utilizar un engine como puede ser Unity3d que funciona muy bien y es multiplataforma con lo cual si algún día quieres también lanzarlo para Android o Windows Phone seria muy económico una vez creado para Iphone.
