Develop a TURN BASED STRATEGY GAME for iOS &

Project Description: We want to build a TURN BASED STRATEGY GAME for mobile phones and tablets. Android and Apple. It is a SCHOOL SIMULATION covering four levels, KINDERGARTEN, MIDDLE SCHOOL (aka JuniorSchool), SENIOR SCHOOL AND UNIVERSITY. There is an attached text file with the game brief, please read it before bidding. It is ONLINE and COMPETITIVE each turn will have a play-cycle of 3 days. The game is to be used as a funding tool. KINDERGARTEN LEVEL will be FREE-TO-PLAY. The bid is to build the first two levels of the game, KINDERGARTEN and MIDDLE SCHOOL, including all graphics and audio. The bid is to take this FIRST PHASE of the game all the way to successful posting on iOS and Android stores. Any bidder who wants to be taken seriously will state what language they would build the game in and why the choice was made. The game is essentially a database-game with static graphics and a social layer, choosing a build method should probably reflect that. We would like bidders with a track-record in games and, preferably, in strategy games. We like realistic deadlines and carefully plotted project plans. We do not like missed deadlines.
