Develop a mobile application using Phonegap, AngularJS and Ionic Framework

I need an app and the corresponding backend web services/admin developed for me using the following technologies. Phonegap for mobile (html and css is already done) ASP.Net WebApi for web service ASP.Net MVC for the admin Full specifications will be provided upon approval but below is an overview. The mobile app will display movies showing at cinemas, viewing times etc. It will allow users to sign up using basic information (to be provided) It will support push notifications. It will support displaying custom ads within the app. The admin system provide an interface to manage all the data required by the app. It should have an interface for sending push notifications, emails and sms to users (api will be provided for sms). It should provide basic reporting capabilities and a simple dashboard. Preference for technology stack is Phonegap, C#, MVC, Web Api and AngularJS. Please bid ONLY if you have ALL these skills.
