develop simple iOS app that simply shows pages with info

Have already developed the App as an online website: [login to view URL] Now I need this to be converted to an iPhone/iPad app that does not need an internet connection and will pass Apple's requirements for the App Store. I used an online DIY suite to build a version, but Apple has rejected it multiple times based on the fact that it did not use enough of iOS native features. I'm assuming that they were complaining about the HTML code that was generated. Instead they wanted iOS code to create the menues/buttons (instead of links I'm guessing). The app is very simple, essentially a list, which when clicked shows the relevant text page for each, and should pretty much work like the link I showed above. I got the following feedback from Apple on my app from my previous submission: 10.6 We found the following issues with the user interface of your app, so that's what I want to avoid: - Did not include iOS features. For example, it would be appropriate to use native iOS buttons and iOS features other than just web views, Push Notifications, or sharing. Specifically the app provides a consumption of info with limited native iOS features. It would be appropriate to add iOS specific UI and functionality rather than displaying just text and table views.
