Android Native Application for Mall and Store Listing.

I need freelancer to help create Mall and Store Listing with the following features: 1. Searchable Listview by mall name ,shop name (can filter by category, floor etc..) The listing need to be available offline when no internet connection available. 2. Click into the Listview to view shop details( with option to bookmark, share details to social media) 2. Show nearby/nearest mall based on user location 3. Display latest event/promotion (images, text) 4. User feedback /report wrong information(mall name, store address etc..) 5. Backend server to upload data and images. (I am open to any backend server/php/nosql/ baas, Parse solution, please suggest your solution)
