Application same as Whats App

Hello , I need android application which should have all features like whats app. [ Note : Including app to app calling ] Along with that I need 2 unique features. 1] Need to design one place, where if someone post text message, image, video, then notification should be sent to all contacts. ABC added new message in "One Place" 2] User can able to add location. User can able to add zip [login to view URL] is a locator option added in the app where users can find where each other is either by zip code or mileage? (Feature like [login to view URL] )
