Build a Mobile App Compatable with Android, Appstore and Blackberry Appworld

Hello, I would Like a mobile app created to my specifications with the content and pictures I will provide. It will have the ability to be updated in the future. I would like to be able to change the content at my own will. The app will have pages that have links to a website. And the app will also be compatible with advertisements. The app will be in English and my first language is English, so I would like to work with someone who has a very good level of English.
