Build a Simple Android App which Performs Http Requests

I want a Simple IoT Android App Made, It should be Neat and should comply with FlatUI / Material Design. This App should have 3 Screens - First Screen: This Screen Should Show up only for the first time where user will enter 2 details. a String and a Number which should be saved in a Database. Second Screen: Should contain 4 Toggle Buttons and a Status Dot. On Clicking the Toggle Button , it should send a http request to a certain url depending on it's position and Status Dot should also change color depending on toggle button. Third Screen: Should Have a Dropdown Menu to Select the specific button and a Timmer to Toggle Buttons on or off according to Selected time. This is a Internet of Things Application where A controller board will receive The http requests from mobile and turn on switches respectively.
