Cab booking app

Hello, This project is to develop a cab booking app from scratch, which is more or less exactly like UBER/Taxi for sure, for web, android and ios. We need quotation (price and time) for development native android/ios and cross (phonegap or titanium) and someone who have already developed cab application before.
