Capture HTTPS traffic on Android Emulator or Android Handset

I need to capture HTTPS traffic from Android Emulator or if not, an Android Handset. I'm able to capture HTTP traffic with no problems, but HTTPS traffic is hit or miss. I've used software like Fiddler and HTTPAnalyzer that normally capture and decrypt HTTPS, but both those programs do not always capture the HTTPS traffic on Android Emulator. When I use Wireshark, I'm able to see the HTTPS traffic but it is still encrypted. I've read there are ways to decrypt the traffic with Wireshark if you have the RSA Key, but I am clueless as to how to obtain this key. I'm looking for somebody who can teach me how to get the RSA Key so I can decrypt HTTPS traffic in wireshark, or somebody to provide another solution for capturing and decrypting the HTTPS traffic.
