Crawler based web-application required

The job is to develop a website / web-application with 2 major functionalities. 1) It will have a crawler which will fetch the names of all the newly registered domains (all gTLDs and major ccTLDs) on real time as the domain is registered. 2) It will generate whois information of all the fetched domains (all gTLDs and major ccTLDs) and will store the details in its database. Desired gTLD: All gTLDs (.com, .net, .info, .co, .edu, etc) Desired ccTLDs: All ccTLDs of India, USA, UK, Australia, Italy and Qatar, Dubai and other middle-east countries. This should be done in real time and the whois-information should be fetched on the same time / day the domain is registered. Do all sort of RnD before bidding and bid, only if you are sure of doing this job to save your and our time. Please clearly mention your timeline and cost.
