Create a Mobile Website

I need a template for hub and spoke with dynamic data as it source. Spokes can be added or deleted from a hub. Please see attached. In the following I use Facebook as an example, There is no need to connect to Facebook. I have a contact and I would like to receive Email so that would be one Spoke but I also decide to have another method of contacting that user such as Facebook and that also would be another spoke. Each spoke can be added or deleted. Data comes from Ajax call and they are stored in different arrays. It is a dynamic environment therefore the number of spoke and hubs are not fixed and they should be drawn as needed. There are two models: Model 1: "Me" is at the center and all the connections are around "Me" and there are one or more lines that connect "Me" to each contact. User must be able to add or remove lines. The lines indicate Email or Facebook connection to each Contact. Also if the line is added or removed by the user which indicates the type of communication with each contact. When a connecting line is selected or touched it needs to call a function and pass the contact name or array element ID and type of connection to that function so from there an Ajax call will be made to save the settings. The server side is already taken care of. Model 2 is almost like Model 1 with an exception of introducing another layer. So instead of contacts being directly connected to "Me" they are connected to H1, H2, and so on. H1 or H2 are dynamically created by the user. As for connections in Model 2 Figure 1 it shows that "Cindy" is connected to "H1" and "H1" is connected to "Me". Now the user can swipe the screen and zoom on "H2" as in Model 2 Figure 2. The Swipe feature must be well written to give a nice feel to the user. As the person Swipes between different objects they need to change size as they come under focus or go away by using the size of the circle. Another requirement is to be able to have a popup once the user points on a contact such as "Cindy" in order to do several functions such as deleting the contact. The same feature is a "NICE TO HAVE" for each Hub. I prefer the user to be able to set the background color, save data to local database, and few other features that will be added in the next iteration of the project. The project is intended to be used with PhoneGap in order to be converted to Native app to run on iOS and Android as well as Windows Phone. The interface must be very easy to work with that a 10 year old would be able to use the app. There should be a standard drop down just like most apps to allow user to make selections for different options. The screen described above is the main screen, there would be a profile page, conversation page but they will be done on the next iteration of the project however I need you to keep that in mind when developing the main interface. I need the app to be written using HTML 5, jQuery, jQueryMobile and if necessary Kendo-UI open source. It needs to be fast and responsive. The code needs to be clean, commented, no Spaghetti code, and extensible. If done well there would be additional features that need to be added to this app as I mentioned above.
