Hi, I'm looking for someone able to build a fast and light mobile only site (not responsive). The following should be taken into account : - the development will be based on Wordpress without theme or shortcode - I will provide wireframe for the different pages - the development should respect all CSS and html standards (the result will be audited) - the development should pass Page Speed Insight with above 90% on every page - content can be mock, I'll take care of adding everything at the end of the project The complete website is only 7 pages, with 4 of them following exactly the same layout.
