Create or integrate a monitoring app into a custom roms for Galaxy S5 G900W8 ( To monitor Facebook, Whatsapp, Passwords, etc etc)

I want to be able to monitor: Passwords Keystroke How long / who did the person speak to. Record all facebook chat, website visited, whatsapp. I currently tested many different monitoring solution most of them do the same thing and are working, however, after a factory restore(restore rom to default) it erease the software, and then monitoring is gone. I want someone to integrate one of the public software into a custom rom, or, either create your own spy application, and then, edit a rom to make it preinstalled with all settings. The phone is rooted, and, customs rom of your choice will be installed, the phone is a Samsung galaxy S5-G900W8. Physical access to the phone must be required only to install the custom roms. Once the phone has the rom installed , it has to be like if installed the spy apps, no future anything required and it has to start monitor of everything. and again, if the factory reset is done, the rom must come back in original states, which, included the spy application...
