Design of a non-quit, cigarette counting app for iOS (Apple) and Android systems

We are conducting a study of a smoking intervention in smokers who are not currently trying to quit. We would like to create a way for our research participants to track the number of cigarettes they smoke each day. The key is we don't want any language in our app that eludes to quitting. Each time they smoke a cigarette they tap on an icon and the tap should add to the daily, weekly, and monthly tally of total cigarettes smoked. There should be a log of time and day with each tap ("time stamp"). We would like for the entries to not be editable by the user (i.e., once they click the icon indicating they smoked a cigarette, they cannot change the time and date that is logged for that cigarette). If possible, an optional comment space for notes/clarifications after each tap to count a cigarette would also be beneficial. We would like for this app to work for both Android and iOS (Apple) systems. A similar app to the one we are requesting is currently available through the App Store, but we would like a simplified version. It also tracks how long in between the last cigarette and gives the participant "achievements". Again, this is an example of additional language we DO NOT want. All we are looking for is an icon to be tapped that adds an uneditable time stamp and daily/weekly/monthly totals of cigarette smoked. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
