Hi, I have already attempted this project and have a working version of these requirements. I can provide an ad-hoc application for you to install if you can provide the UDID of the iPhone device you wish to test on. My version uses YIN. Detected pitch from the microphone is simply displayed on screen, no major interface. Not sure what you require in that area, or if this will be part of a larger project. This type of work is typically done in C++ / C. My version uses C++. To use Swift will restrict the application to iOS 7+ I think. Mine is compiled for iOS 6.0+ (tested on iOS 8.2). It should be possible to link to the C++ libraries from Swift (I have done this for C myself and I have read C++ is also possible) so if you are thinking of integrating this into a larger project that will use Swift, it should be ok. Just bear in mind Swift means iOS 7+ only. UPDATE: Integration of the C++ with Swift is confirmed as working and also pure Swift version is close to completion. YIN algorithm has been upgraded to Probabilistic YIN which is an improved version of YIN with more reliability. Regards, Chris.
