[if user click on that it should be redirected to web?] If user does not have account using the application he can create the account [register]. I have spent alot of my developement time on projects such as this one and I am very familiar with using the MySQL data connector in order to fetch/store data from tables and very fluent in VB, C#, PHP, and HTML.
