ASync Data miner Azure web service

The goal is to build a web service front end to an asynchronous data miner. The general requirements are: 1. The final product will be a C# 4.0 DLL for a WCF web service 2. You must use only pure C# 4.0 managed code. No third party component. 3. The code must run on Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0. 4. The code must be commented in English and well structured. 5. You must use the following Namespace: [login to view URL] 6. You must follow the protocol and interfaces specifications explained in the next pages. Details are available in the attached PDF. The web service will be tightly connected with a Azure Worker Role, I, of course, would prefer if both could be developed by the same person.
