Add Application.AfterShapeSizeChange event to PowerPoint 2007/2010 (.NET C#) - repost

Project ---------- PowerPoint 2013 introduces a new application level event [login to view URL], see here: [login to view URL] We would like to use this event within a COM add-in written in C# - but not only in PowerPoint 2013 where the event is readily available in the PowerPoint object model, but also for PowerPoint 2007 and PowerPoint 2010. Approach ------------- Unless you have a better idea, it may be worthwile starting with the idea of monitoring registry access (RegQueryValue) to the following registry key: HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\Common\AutofitGroupWhenDragResize PowerPoint seems to be querying this registry key every time an object is resized. Other approaches are also welcome. Environment ----------------- - C# / VS 2010 .dll which is loaded as PowerPoint Add-In through a proprietary COM shim - Pure C# .NET + Windows API / no 3rd party components allowed - Windows >= Windows XP (32/64bit) - Office >= Office 2007 (32/64bit) Deliverable --------------- - C# class incl. source code and documentation Timeframe -------------- Within next 2 weeks Milestone payments ----------------------------- 50% working demo 50% documented source code Sample project --------------------- Will be provided upon project award
