C# Window Form - Search File System and Load File Info into DataGridView

Hello, Description ----------- The project deliverable is a single windows form that allows the user to select files from the windows operating system and display them in a DataGridView. The user clicks a button and selects the files. The files must load into the DataGridView with the columns showing the file properties: File Name File Path Full Path (including File Name) Extension (example .txt) File Size (in MB or 0.0N MB) Date Created Date Modified The trick to this is that it must be able to load the files info into the DataGridView immediately. You could look at the MSDN for Just-in-Time loading of the DataGridView however for this project it must apply to the file system and not a database. If necessary to show a progress bar. To not show a progress bar if not necessary. Technical Environment Requirements ---------------------------------- Visual Studio 2010 .NET Framework 4.0 C# Windows Forms Application Project Type (feel free to use any .NET classes like LINQ for example, as long as it is C#) To Test -------- This needs to perform immediately with a massive amount of files. Create a folder with 5,000 files. Copy the folder so that there are 4 folders with a total 20,000 files. You can do this by creating a small 1 KB text file and copying it until you have 50,000. Then copy the folder. Click the button and select the main folder. The results should start showing immediately and the user can start scrolling the DataGridView right away. Other small requirements ------------------------- The DataGridView should only scroll vertically. There must be an option to search sub-directories or not. There must be an option to select .txt or .doc or .docx files or all 3 types.
