CV database in Umbraco CMS

I need you to read this and give me time estimate for this project. Short specification on web/database job. The project is a CV database for “almost retired” professional who seeks job. A person should be able to enter their cv data via website (about 30 fields some of them mandatory), upload af picture and a pdf/word file. After entering the system sends a mail to the website administrator that informs that a new cv is in the database. Administrator checks the cv, maybe changes something, and after that marks the cv as Accepted. Administrator should be able to admin all cv’s (change/delete). Administrator shoud be able to send a mail to the Applicant with link to presentation his/hers cv information. The link should contain some kind of security, meaning that the link is only valid in 7 days. There will be a login restricted website showing the Accepted cv’s in both list form and in details. Administrator makes the login and passwords in the database and distributes them by mail to companies who bought admission to see the cv’s Database Server need to use MSSQL 2008 We need estimation as soon as possible
