Consuming a secured soap based web service using wcf.

I am looking for a .Net / C# resource who has ample experience in consuming 3rd party soap based web services using ws security. The web service is username/password authenticated and requires certificate to sign the request when sending. You will be provided with a wsdl file along with a technical documentation of consuming the web service and other details as needed. What I need is a sample application created in C# with at least three successful invocation of the web service methods (of my choice ) along with guidelines for my in-house developers. Please post relevant examples with links to 3rd party secured soap based web services that you have integrated to so far.
