Advanced News Scroller

Seeking VERY EXPERIENCED company/individual to develop a COMPLETELY WEB-BASED, ASP.net (Open to other Technology) driven application that retrieves information from a database and present it to the user. The news will be presented in the form of a scrolling news window and/or popup embedded into the user's desktop The application specification requires the ability for an administrator or priviledged user to add additional news events and customze the news event as well as the way it is displayed. Basically, they should be able to create an html type window without knowing any html and save it into the applications database. The user should be able to see real-time WYSWYG creation of the news information and/or popup. Primary Skills Needed - ASP.net adminstrative area for Creating the Mini Scrolling Window, Creating news events for the scrolling window and desktop popups. - As user creates news or popups, they application shows (real-time) changes - Uploading graphics to server or database for the HTML capable news scroller and poup windows. - Storing and Retrieving information to/from a MSSQL or MySQL database - Generating Reports from MSSQL database - Experience with RSS also required. - Links to sample sites or applications required. - Seeking long term arrangment - VERY STRONG ASP.NET SKILLS & EXPERIENCE DESIRED for long term arrangement.
