Correction to the utility that finds the place in Google

Project language: English with support of presenting Hebrew texts Environment: ASP.NET 2 (VS 2005) C# with MDB (2000 or XP) database More details: 1. About The Project: a. We have built utility that find the place in Google in the past. The utility has the ability to find what place in Google is specific url to specific keyword. It has also the ability to run more than 1 search by loop of several keywords to several URLs. b. That utility is not working now, probably because of a Google change they made to make hard on such robots as ours. c. We need i. To change the part in code responsible of interacting with Google output ii. Check / fix that there is only one central place dealing with that so there wont be code duplication 2. Who will we preferred? Of course the price is important factor, but besides there are important parameters we take into consideration: a. Contact i. Supplier that uses Messenger / Skype /Yahoo Messenger for chat communication will be preferred. Please mention if you use such tool and WHAT ARE THE HOURS THAT YOU ARE FREE TO CHAT REGARDING THE PROJECT. b. Payment: i. We will prefer supplier that will agree to get paid after the project is done or "by steps" so we will pay after each significant step of progress we will agree on, rather than paying in advanced with escrow.
